Splunk Sr SDET offer expectations

A recruiter from Splunk has contacted me thrice for a senior sdet role. I have been ignoring her emails. What should be my realistic expectations from Splunk for a P4 Senior SDET role in terms of Base, Rsu, bonus and TC overall? Maybe that will motivate me to interview there. Any Splunk Senior SDETs on Blind? I would like to know what TC (and breakdowns ) are you folks getting at Splunk. Current TC: 145K YoE: 10
