Splunk offer evaluation for Senior Software Engineer P4 - TC Around 290K
Offer breakdown Base - 185K Bonus - 15 % RSU - 300K vested over 4 years Profile - MS degree 6 Years of experience Interviews were amazing and team is super happy with performance. Can I push for TC of 330K to 350K? I do feel that for Senior Software engineers that's a good range to target based on my research. Any thoughts?

290k looks too unreal for a sr sw engg position. OP how much did you bump the offer ?

Splunk usually does not negotiate but this is a good offer.
Usually, base is difficult to move. May be 5-7%, but not more than that. What's the sign on? I recently got a similar offer and I could move the base by 7% and RSU up by 30%. Sign on by 50%. Remember rsu and sign on is always floating. companies are not very adamant on it. If you ask base more, they might not be able to help you.

@PinkIsGrey there is no sign on component in the offer. It's only base, RSU and 15% bonus that were given to me.
