I come from a consulting background and not liking Amazon as a corporate. Want to move back and found Sprinklr doing really good and a good spin of consulting and corporate. Any thoughts around what the MNC working style, design philosophy and the compensation?

Run circles around everyone. Enjoy the uncapped commission. Ignore the IPO talk. Don’t bother talking about stock options. Nobody knows their worth. Nobody. Throughout the entire process. It’s a direct cash play and a break after amazon. But your name shouldn’t stay with this brand for too long. You’ll need to pop over to google when you’re done to let the world know you’re back.
