Square Interview Process
I’ve completed the on-site interview process with square. The recruiter is setting up a call with an engineering manager. Does this mean I’m getting and offer or is there more process to go through before the offer phase? #interview #square #engineering

It could be either, but imo it’s most likely a call to introduce you to a different team than you were originally assigned. The manager will want to speak with you before green-lighting the offer

Didn’t end up getting an offer. Spoke with a hiring manager, but they ended up going with another candidate
How are Interview rounds like ? Is leetcode enough? Did they ask anything in High Level and low level design?

I had two pair programming interviews before the virtual on-site. I’d say leetcode is satisfactory for prep, but the questions aren’t from there and the questions you get will depend heavily on who’s interviewing you. For the on-site, there was more pair programming, leadership Interview, technical discussion, and system design
