Square vs Salesforce
I got L5 Software Dev offer from both SF and Square.From compensation point of view, both the offers are pretty much the same but not sure which one is better in terms of work culture, career growth and technology . Any recommendations?

Do you like building things? Shipping things? Iterating quickly? Strongly consider Square. Salesforce has a lovely culture but it can be incredibly cumbersome and frustrating.
Agreed. Salesforce is rest and vest, not career development.
I’ve started challenging this directly, and people are very quick to reassure me that no, really, this time we mean it and we’re gonna commit to doing transformative work that addresses deep customer needs and...yeah. Gotta stop falling for that.
