Got Sr Premier Field Engineer Azure offer from Microsoft as: Base $140k Bonus 15%: $21k Total: $161/yr Plus stocks: $25k over 4 years Unlike conventional PFE, this is a remote role with a monthly visit to customer. Its a 70% proactive and 30% reactive. This is a role which has above normal responsibility as I'll be very closely engaged with priority-1 Microsoft customers. I have 16+ years of Microsoft-technologies experience with 7 years of strong Azure experience - with top certifications? Is the offer too low? I strongly feel this is far below the market offer. What would you guide me?
What certifications do you have or would recommend getting for AZ? Must have or nice to have?

I don't think that's low, I think that might actually be on the higher end. Level 61, I'm guessing?
Not sure about the level. They said the offer will be available in Action Center soon, maybe there I'll be able to see the Level? I know PFE starts at 59.
Level 59 wouldn't be for experienced hires, more like college hires. "Sr" implies at least level 61, so I'd guess it will be 61. I think it's a good offer for 61, but I suppose it varies by product too.
