What's the range? Recruiter reached out for a Sr Principal Engineer role. Base - 150 - 175k Bonus - 10% RSU - 80k/4 years 10 YOE. Seems too low.
Seems fine to me. Average
Didn't know something called Sr. Principal existed
Mfker, I make that kind of money as a senior engineer with 5 yoe. So yeah, tell them to fuck themselves.
"Senior Principal" - lol, 185-210k? this is marginally above new grad comp. Talk about title inflation!
Software salaries don't count to hardware
Sent the recruiter an email. Asked for 300k TC minimum. Prepared to not move fwd if expectation can't be met.
Keep us posted on this.
Seems very low for Sr. PE.
What should it be for PE and Sr PE.
How did this turn out?
How did it go. I am in a similar spot.
Where?
