160k base, 50k stock, 50k cash.. is it reasonable ask? What is the salary range, stock and bonus can expect for Sr. TPM role? Asking for a friend joining from t-mobile..
I don't think Expedia will pay that for a sr tpm
Yes if the candidate is experienced and well liked from interview. However the "T-Mobile" part might not make that happen. If candidate had experience with other better companies then certainly possible.
TMobile now a days paying more than Expedia
Expedia won’t pay that huge
😂
What is the salary range for Sr. TPM role?
I would be very careful going to Expedia. Right now they are very tight with $$$. Many areas are being asked to cut budgets
Sounds about right when a CFO takes over top job.
Ask for 200
Expedia says it compensates in other ways 😆. Great WLB though and you get to lounge in hooker central i.e. DT Bellevue
You can always ask. I think TPM in Expedia does not have good career path. Go for Amazon.
Can you elaborate what you mean by not having good career path?
160k is above midpoint for Sr TPM. If they really love the candidate, they might consider. The feasibility also depends on how low the pay is for Sr Eng and TPMs in the org. There is often hesitation to add someone out of line with the team. On the bonus and stock, I would say absolute best case half the 50k asks. They are usually stingy on stock and signing bonus, unless they really want the candidate.
It is reasonable. If you want to buy a house in Spokane. And have a 5h commute in the morning. You leave home at 2am, get to work at 7am, leave work at 5pm, get home at 10pm. Reasonable.
