What does Amazon offer as base and TC?
Depends on how you do in the loop and if you’re a people manager. I’ve heard 220-240 for IC and 240-280 for a Manager.

How about putting it this way... Glassdoor says a Sr. UX Designer at Amazon makes between $138 - $156k per year base. Is that low, high, or about right?
Far too low. Covers base only and not sign on or RSUs. Glassdoor is notoriously inaccurate for public companies that award equity.
Yeah, I'm curious about base only. RSU and sign on are over and done with. Looking to move on my base. I'm also a woman so it's important I have a read on what's out there when I ask for more.
