Info on Director level TC at Epic Games

Hi all, just got contacted by a recruiter for a director level position at Epic Games. Anyone have any idea on expected TC? Not much data on leves.fyi #tc #epicgames

      Thanks! Talked with a recruiter. Position will lead 3+ teams and have about 9 direct reports. They said base starting at $200K. Will see what happens as not in a rush to leave MS

    Did you end up pursuing this further? 200K seems quite low and director is higher than middle management at Epic from what I’ve seen.

      But if umbrella org is “only” 9 it means it reports to VP with room to grow. Base of 200 is fine if they have those bonuses. Lots of big comp in FANG is due to stock growth and that game has played itself out.
