YOE: MS + 14
Current TC: 260
Any idea what grade level and base/bonus/RSU to expect?
The position can be in Chandler or Hillsboro.

Grade 8 would maybe match TC with the initial grant, after which it will fall behind by a bit.
Grade 9 should be able to beat your current TC with the initial grant, after which it will probably be about the same.
