Staff P4 can get up to 170k(salary plus bonus). Besides that TC range touches 190-200k if you are lucky in getting RSU refreshers. RSU number depends on manager. I have seen someone getting refreshers every year and range was from 400-800. They give good refreshers (except me because of a douche bag manager I had in the past).
