I’ll join company A in a few days and the H1B transfer has been approved. But now I just received a much better offer from dream company B. I’m thinking still joining A and wait for H1B transfer for B to approve. (I know I’ll burn the bridge with A but I really can’t miss out the opportunity with B)
1. Is it a good idea to be transparent with company B’s recruiter with my situation of joining A for a short time?
2. If I don’t tell the recruiter, will they find out in background check?
3. When B starts to transfer the H1B I will be with A for several weeks. Do they need paystubs from A or from my previous employer?
TC with A: 175k
TC with B: 290k
