Folks in housing market on seattle eastside, how are the biddings going these days? Noticing supply got slightly better but curious how crazy it is now For example this listing is still on market but had a Monday review date https://www.redfin.com/WA/Kirkland/13016-NE-71st-St-98033/home/515820
I think more sellers are sticking w the review date as it seems that's the way to get more $$. I think it's too early to tell whether the linked home got sold or not because today is only Tuesday. It's possible that the seller is negotiating with top bidders and/or the agent forgot/delayed to mark the property as pending..
Yeah you might be right that they are still negotiating. Strange though that I saw another similar one too - Monday review date but still shows as available https://www.redfin.com/WA/Redmond/11027-172nd-Pl-NE-98052/home/324779
On unrelated note, I hate listing agents like above who list their property so low compared to fair market value (there is a freaking comp sale in the same area that is smaller and still went for 1.6+). All they contribute to is the irrational mania that houses are selling for 20-40% over list when list price is garbage to begin with
