Marqeta vs Dave Sr Product Manager. Recently got offer from Dave, 20k more on base. 50k signon. Same equity. Joined Marqeta just 4 months back and love the culture and work. (just not liking WLB) Current TC 280 10 yoy

Is there any way to work out the WLB issues to stay with MQ/us? Actually though, you don't seem to have a bad move. I am happy for you.

Are you/were you a Sr PM at MQ? What was your base + RSU? Their recruiter told me 130 base for a senior? Seems low
What would you work on at Dave? Is it more in alignment with what you want to do long term?
I think both are in quite alignment. Work wise, I am currently contributing on a high growth product in production and new assignment will focus on entirely new capability that Dave doesn't have at present.
Definitely a hard choice. I almost left a high growth product for another job, but decided to stay and now it is in the Deloitte fast 500 which opened a lot of doors for me. Either way congratulations on the offer.
