Got an offer from a reputed SaaS company in the bay area. TC they offered was 40-50k more than my TC then. Now Splunk stock going out of the roof, my current TC has climbed to 10-20k less than my future TC. Also my current company is making a case for my promotion. I was down-leveled at the new company. I accepted it because TC bump was good then and job responsibilities were broader. Now, with probable promotion, I will be able to get similar broader job function here. Can I renegotiate with the new company for a level above the given and slightly more salary based on changes in my current situation?
How is rally health doing?
It’s doing ok. But the pay is terrible. But I guess it’s ok overall because the good wlb somewhat compensates for the shitty tc.

Explain the same thing to the new company recruiter. Ask for 100k more tc than what they are offering.
Does that have a risk of rescinding the offer?
No, the most they can say is sorry we can't offer any more because of level band blah blah
