Stay or switch company
I joined this company as a fresher with tc of 8.8lpa .. Now I've got 2.5 yrs of experience, got promoted to Senior Software last year and might get promoted to lead software in 2021.. Current TC: 23 LPA.. Work and team are both pretty good but I feel like if I try to switch I might get 30-35 LPA package... Should I switch company just for the sake of TC?
