Steps from offer to orientation at Apple
Hey folks at Apple, I got the written offer and the background check is completed according to hireright’s email. Do you guys know what would be the next steps before orientation? Should I expect to get any confirmation from recruiter that all is set for me to start my work at Apple? Asked HR but got no response.

How much time did it take after the verbal offer from Apple to get the written one?
How long did it take for the background check to clear after the written offer. Also, did they call your references before giving you the official offer?
Started my background check a day before written offer. You’ll get an email from hireright and then they will initiate the background check. It took 2-3 business day for me. Proactively provide documents to speed up the process. I did not provide them with references, because i did not have them ready when submitting application, they said they will ask for it if necessary. It seems that it does not matter.
Hmmmm. My recruiter told me they needed references to get the verbal offer approved. Interesting.
