I am having a bc with Sterling for a potential offer.. after 5 days of submitting documents.. they came back to me to upload W2 and first and last pay stub of a company I worked 4 years ago. It was a very small consulting company in NY. duration was 6 months. I uploaded the experience letter of that company during document submission. But Why would they still do that? Is it because it does not come in Google search?
Also In the background form, entered the last day of employment as 09/29/2017 as listed in experience letter, but today when I checked the last pay stub, the pay period was till 09/22/2017. Will this be a problem too?
Even the address on the W2 and paystubs have a wrong address than what I listed in the list of addresses I mentioned during that time?
Please advise if this is a cause for concern. I am worried if they fail this BC because of this
