I’m currently with amazon and my life is hell. they didnt tell me i would be working in a warehouse until my first day. horrible recruiting information. my days consist of 12+ hours. usually i never get a lunch break or break of any kind. (unless i go into the bathroom and cry from being so stressed) also i have over an hour commute to this place because i had no idea where it was. but unfortunately, I’m signed into a one-year contract and I will have to pay back my signing and relocation bonus if i decide to quit. with taxes taken out it will probably only be about 3k for the moving bonus in a lot more for the signing bonus. I recently graduated and can’t really afford to pay it back all in one lump sum right now. what should i do?
Leave as soon as possible. Depending on timing, maybe you can use part of the sign on bonus for your next job to pay off this one?

How many months into your contract are you?
3 months in. I can quit whenever. I’ll just have to pay back the sign on/relocation. If I stay for a year then I won’t have to pay it back.
