Bad karma.
Seriously bad karma, finance dept. Wow did not know
🙈
Meh, banks are constantly being fined for bigger infractions. In a world where Equifax and Wells Fargo continue to thrive, this is nada, zilch, nothing...
So you mean it's ok they did this? I'm concerned about the attitude here. Not the fine.
Exactly
Let’s keep in mind that the issue here is violation of providing disclosures. It’s a minor infraction. It’s negligence at best since it has zero material impact on the company’s business. So, yes, I’m more meh about jay walking than murder. Even the justice system is which is why one is an M4 and the other is an F1. I’m more animated by companies that try to screw employees, shareholder or consumers.
Just $160K? That's like peanuts for a company. Come on SEC
