Stock transfer from Amazon Morgan Stanley

I’m leaving Amazon in a month or so. I have some stocks vested in Morgan Stanley account with employment plan they offer. How can I transfer my stocks? When do I transfer them? Will I lose acces to the Stanley account after my last day?
