When recruiting senior people from the industry or other consulting firm, is the recruitment process similar to junior level with cases ?
This varies a bit firm to firm but generally the more senior the role the less emphasis that is put on case interviews and technical skills. Consulting is much more of a sales role at the senior level and firms prefer to hire people that are good at sales and leave the execution to the more junior staff.
