Have a phone screen for FS position for Stripe, wondering if anyone who's had one recently had any tips or advice on how to prepare? Really excited about this opportunity so would love any and all help ๐
Agreed. I interviewed for a backend position, and for the first time LC wasnโt necessary. They will measure your performance based on your dev skills (coding style, design patterns, testing, etc). It was an interesting approach, but I didnโt feel challenged at all. It felt like a regular day-to-day task. Good luck!
Thatโs probably the point though.
Hey OP, how was the interview? Also for full-stack did they ask system design or ui design for you?
Not OP but they let you choose when scheduling the interview.

Onsite is 3 technicals + 1 leadership and culture System design: design a component Bug squash: fix a bug in an open source project Integration: send a bunch of http requests Bug squash was really weird, I donโt think I asked the right clarifying questions and ultimately struggled through the problem. The dev environment took a bit of time to set up too. On the integration interview, node js was painful without scaffolding code. I ended up spending a bunch of time finding npm packages and setting things up instead of coding. Python, java, and c++ all had existing scaffolding. They definitely created something where no amount of leetcode can guarantee a pass. Best way to pass is to make a friend at stripe and go through those exercises.
Did you get the offer ?
