Depends on country and role. Pros: Stocks offering. Meals in some offices. Nice office interiors and lounges. Lyft/Uber commute benefit for SF. Wellness benefit. Health and dental insurance. Performance bonus. Cons: Only few offices with free meals, some of them won’t even offer dinner. Snacks are shit. They try to offer healthy stuff, so forget about chocolates, chips and stuff. Same apply for meals, although food in SF is pretty decent. Not much incentive or forum for internal criticism. Lack of diverse backgrounds.

I love looking at boards where people whine about the quality of snacks or food. You clearly have been jaded and have no idea how good you have it. I realize these are legit comparisons, but imho you should be talking more about the work, wlb, comp, and culture rather than complaining that they have redvines instead of twizzlers.
