I did my onsite interview last Thursday. The recruiter who helped me throughout the process said that he will have some feedback by Monday. But it has been almost a week. He is not responding to my emails. Does that mean I didnβt make it? I believe I did well during my onsite. I had a working solution in almost all the interviews. Any feedback would be really good. How to approach this? I have already sent two reminders to him. Thanks for the help. TC:210k
Stay calm. Wait until next Monday before you ask again. Good luck π
Thank you!
I would wait 2weeks before confirming that it's a reject. Although you already did it, sending emails in very first week doesn't sound right. It might make them feel you are desperate. You should send emails after first week. All the best and let us know if you hear back.
Thatβs BS. If you did well in your interviews theyβre not going to let you sounding desperate stop them from hiring you. Companies want people who want to work there. This isnβt teenagers playing a dating game. It might compromise your negotiating position but shouldnβt affect your ability to get an offer. More so if the recruiter told you a time and then didnβt get back to you, thereβs nothing wrong with emailing them.
Agreed but emailing twice in first week is not necessary. My point is that one should wait for a week before checking status.
I interviewed on a Wednesday. They called me and let me know they would offer me that Friday.
Any update OP?

Best LCOL or MCOL city?
I would call tomorrow if I haven't heard. After that, I would try one last email next week.
Thanks, I will try that.
