I am a Canadian looking to potentially work remotely for Stripe if I get an offer. Can anyone please shed some light on their interview process and how I can adequately prepare for it? I have heard they do not ask leetcode questions. Thanks.
If they don’t in fact ask LC problems (I don’t know), then don’t assume it’s easier. You may get screened out early simply because you made a weird sound on the phone that turned off the interviewer.
I would actually prefer if they asked LC problems. That's what I have been preparing for. If they ask domain specific knowledge I'm probably screwed.
I doubt they’ll test your financial knowledge. But I’m sure they’ll want to probe your level of interest in what they do, which means you’d benefit by volunteering some financial knowledge. They probably prefer candidates who show interest in their domain, but won’t likely make you prove it.
Is this for an engineering position? Can confirm no Leetcode questions are asked. Focus on test cases and code quality during phone screen. Phone question will revolve around basic data structures. The onsite will include 1 system design, 1 integration round, 1 bug hunt round, 1 coding round and lunch interview. Your recruiter will share details on what to expect. No trickery or deviation from the recruiter prep material.
I see, thanks.
