I got an offer at Stripe for a "lead". Normally I think of lead as a senior analyst level title but recruiter is saying that lead is equivalent to a director level title. Can anyone at Stripe comment on this? Salary 200k + a bunch of shares (non-tech)
seems L3
The salary does sounds like L3 if it were eng, but more like L4 for non-tech as these job fams have totally different bands I don’t think of L4 as director though, you’d need L5 to be similar to director at FAANG or most tech, and this job definitely doesn’t sounds L5
