Strong SDE 2 looking for Lyft referral
Hey! I’m super strong performer, and I’m looking for T4 at Lyft. I was promoted from SDE 1 to 2 in ~1ish year outta school. I’m leading a significant portion of a project for my team currently. Great reviews from stakeholders throughout. You can review my resume before you refer to clear any doubts! I believe Lyft stock is undervalued and want to get in now to rack up some $$$$. TC: 190k LC: 450+ YOE: 1.5 I know Lyft isn’t hiring junior candidates officially but hoping someone can refer me anyway? Trust me, you won’t be let down ;)
Strong PE .5 years out of college leading 45 engineers, building Amazon V2... Oh man, this is part of the reason why they aren't hiring junior folks.
I mean.. sure? All I wanted to say was; if I was not a strong performer I wouldn’t have been promoted so quickly. Not to mention the amount of responsibilities given to me would be closer to 0. I can understand why one could think it’s all fluff but you need to understand that Amazon isn’t promoting someone ro feed their ego

I don't have liquid 200k+ to buy Lyft stock. I would prefer to have them given to me as part of RSUs so I can just see them grow hehehe
