Struggle to even get phone interview
I have almost 3 yoe and making $110k at WD. I'm currently have been applying to jobs for about the past 3 months and I've only gotta a few call backs. I've had my resume revised by a professional recruiter so I know the resume is the best it can be for now but always room for improvement. I mostly have a dev / DevOps background so I've been looking for SDE and SRE roles. However I just feel like my past experience isn't impressive enough. I came from a lower tier UC school which I know anyone from any school can succeed. But it's always been a struggle for me. I would apply to hundreds of roles and slowly my inbox would notify me of my daily rejection emails. Is this how this is for everyone? I try not to take my rejection personally but leetcoding everyday and not even getting the opportunity to preform is demotivating. I just want to know if this is what others struggle with too?
