Stuck in a title
I have been a Business Analyst from last 7 years. Currently, working as a Senior BA in Minneapolis. I have no clue how to change the title to product owner/manager. All the big companies want an experienced product owner/manger. I have 2 MBAs and an engineering bachelors, all from Midwest USA. Please advise.

So you mean two concentrations then? Not two separate full MBAs?

That sounds duplicative
Just call yourself a product manager on your resume and in your LinkedIn profile. Highlight and focus on your experiences and skills that are of product management. I'd cut the experiences that you don't want to continue to develop your career for. That way you won't be contacted for those type of roles.
Titles only matter for your next job. I would talk to my manager and just ask, I'd like to move to a pm role, what do you suggest? Approach as you need their help not as a request. Mangers have egos that love to show their minions the ropes. Unless your manager hates you, then you are screwed.
