Study plan - EPI first or LeetCode directly?
And any good refresher course on youtube/mooc for Data Structures & Algorithms before starting to solve the problems?

If you are really rusty then go through some of the beginner problems on hacker rank.
I would start with leetcode first and get recursion, basic graph, tree and dp problems nailed down. There's a list of 75 most frequent problems which require not much prep. These are easy mediums and medium mediums which are enough for the most part for Amazon, MS etc. Thereafter, EPI can give a really fast paced overview of other tricky questions, greedy, string match, backtracking and the bonus questions. These are hard medium and hard which I guess should prepare you for FB and G.
