Check if it's SMTS or LMTS, I don't think you can get 20% bonus for SMTS
Besides that, it doesn’t look like a lot of bump from the existing TC. Your learning will decrease significantly and if you’re anything close to ambitious, this place will make you lazy af
Also make sure you don't join a team that has a high test debt. Some teams spend 50% of their engineering hours fighting test failures from 2 decades of laziness.
Guess who gets to deal with those? You. Especially since, as a noob who doesn't know how to pawn test failures on to someone else, you'll end up with all of them in your plate.
FYI salesforce generates 10s of thousands of test failures every day. I would regularly log on to find 400 test failures to my name in the morning, assigned by a broken bug filer called Yoda or manually by overworked build masters. I could get rid of them literally in my sleep but it still takes a toll on life. As soon as your boss sends out that welcome message, you'll have a big target painted on your forehead. "I'll assign my test failures to the noob and not have to worry about it for 4 months. AWESOME!"
SMTS offers can go slightly north of 200k, but you're already pretty close. Also, since they don't normally give our hefty RSUs, you're already looking at a pretty decent RSU award. Decent offer, I think.
I was offered SMTS with 150k base, and 40k RSUs (yes 40k total over 4 years)
