Suck at negotiation, Please help

I'm about to receive one SDE offer from Harness, Bangalore. Last two rounds went great and I'm thinking third round would be the final one where we discuss about compensation. They told me its with one senior director from US.
Please help me with the numbers, I have been a victim of bad negotiation in the past.

Current TC : 22L (12.5 base + 5 bonus + 3stocks + 1.5variable)
Yoe : 1.5y
Current company : PayPal, Bangalore

PS : I checked my college placement portal, there they offer 24 base + 10 jb to freshers

Update : They offered me 28L base and 5L joining bonus + 5L retention + 8000 Esops

    Start applying to other companies actively. Best way to negotiate is by having multiple offers in hand or at least attending interviews with other potentially high paying conpanies. One more point as we are nearing performance cycle in PayPal, you will most likely get a promo around 2 years yoe. Use that as leverage as well. Good luck
