What learning materials would you as a wise PM suggest to a younger version of yourself? Thanks in advance.
I'd recommend getting strong at: whatever domain you're in, data modelling, adopting GTD or another system, rolling up your sleeves and shipping a pet project of your own.
Get deep into design thinking, study Agile, practice developing really good user stories (read Mike Cohn)

I second getting some base knowledge in agile. I would recommend Jeff & JJ Sutherland's book, "How to do twice the work in half the time." It's a great read!
