Suggestions for best insurance for parents coming to US for treatment

I'm trying to see if my parent's cancer checkup could be done in US(they live in India). Ofcourse can't add them as dependents in employer insurance and individual insurances are either too expensive or very limiting or both. Tried to see if travel insurance would be enough but doesn't look like it covers consultations for preconditions.

Any recommendations of how to navigate this and what are my options. Has anyone had their parents travel to US for specific treatment? How did you manage that?
