I'm very active--exercise every day for at least an hour. Usually run, lift, and box in these shoes. I've worn both Adidas Ultraboost and Nike React shoes extensively for 6+ months. Looking to buy a new pair because my Boosts are breaking down. Help me decide which shoe to buy. 👟
You shouldn’t be lifting in running shoes, especially if you’re doing heavy compounds. Get a flat sole sneaker like the Converse Chuck Taylor for that. As for running, ASICS/Brooks/Saucony are all excellent brands. I personally swear by the Brooks Ghost 11.
Yeah, I haven't gotten a flat sole yet because I wanted to avoid bringing multiple shoes to the gym. I'll likely get a pair soon though. Appreciate the suggestions!
Try this one, it’s lightweight and amazing https://www.on-running.com/en-us/explore/shoes/road
Interesting, never saw these before. Thanks!
On is Swiss company, if you like light weight running shoes it’s worth trying.
Inov8 for running
Brooks or Mizuno
On my 3rd pair of adidas UBs. Tried everything. Nothing beats the lightweight and cushioning. I use my old UBs for lifting and new ones for running
Nice. I love my UBs too!
Brooks ghost!
I have wide feet and find Sketchers more comfortable.
