And here people are dying for 200-300k per year
Slight difference in responsibility, I would say.
That's why we all vote for Warrens or Sanders. The rich is getting richer.
Ah yes, us peasants making anywhere from 200 to 700k. Poor us.
yeah news flash according to warren and sanders we ARE the rich. generally anyone making over 200k is considered rich by progressive policy makers. not saying thatโs wrong or right, just a fact
Satya, Sundar making us look bad :(. Mom in india asking why are you only a sr. SDM? Lol
Fucker
That's not salary; it's total compensation
You guys just don't get it. He works about 1200 times harder than someone with 200k TC... and about 4000x harder than an average teacher or nurse... because we live in a meritocracy.
That's not what meritocracy means. He's running a company that employs 100,000 people and impacts a large fraction of the Earth's population. His decisions absolutely impact 4000x of what a nurse's decision would and 1200x of what an L3 would. Also, he's not in that position because he inherited this wealth, he made it to the top based on a proven track record of making these decisions. You may like him or not, but that's got nothing to do with meritocracy.
Why should pay be based on how *hard* someone works?
Meh, the fired Boeing CEO will likely receive almost 40 million in severance for all the 737 issues. Thatโs capitalism ๐
In other news, being a multinational CEO pays. Who knew!??
That's not as much as Amazon pays L7s.
