Agreed
Is it possible to start S386 topic in Blind like Politics so I can filter them out.
People against S386 are doing a poor job of explaining what the problem is. I've heard of S386 over and over. I still have no idea what the objections are despite all the complaining.
Why beat a dead horse IMO. The law is gonna pass if the senators want it to pass. It’s all about vote bank politics and an willingness to do the right thing. Whatever we do or say here will not affect the outcome in any way or manner. So chill !
What's the right thing?
WTF is ROW?
Row is perpendicular to column.
Rest of the world
Stop S386.
If supporters feel they need to block discussion, that means they don't have a legitimate case. So they cheat.
Lol. I mean if you want to go around posting ‘f*** Indians I’m ok with them rotting in a backlog’ then don’t get mad when they disagree
S386 is fair. Pass it already.
How is this fair? According to USCIS, if the cap were eliminated, citizens of India would suddenly be able to claim nearly 100 percent of the employment green cards — for the next 10 years. So applicants from all other countries would effectively be blocked for the foreseeable future. This also means that U.S. employers who want to sponsor new foreign workers for green cards from any other part of the world would no longer be able to do so.
They came in first. They should get it first as well. They have been waiting for decades. If the law does not change they will never get it in their lifetimes. Basically ROWs who are not even in the system yet ( at school, not even graduated yet) will get green card before them. Damn it even ROWs will are not even born today will get green card before them! That’s why this is fair.
