I know the following (through friends or public info) : Apple - AWS Netflix - AWS + GCP Snap - GCP (main) + AWS Stripe - AWS Uber - AWS Airbnb - AWS Pinterest - AWS Linkedin - Azure (future platform) + some AWS OpenAI - Azure Splunk - AWS Roku - AWS Spotify - GCP Slack - AWS Salesforce - AWS (main) + GCP + Azure Zoom - AWS + OCI FB doesnโt seem to use public cloud in any meaningful way? what about instagram/whatsapp/..?
Why the hell everyone's behind AWS, if this is the case how are Azure and GCP even surviving?
Hey OP, where do Linkedin use AWS? Just wanted to know
Most companies Linkedin acquired run on AWS. From Slideshare to most recent Glint and DrawBridge. Also Media SRE has a fairly large AWS account.
Completely bs
PayPal uses GCP. We're good buddies.
Thnx. Good to know. I always thought PayPal runs own DC. Wondering how big GCP usage is?
We use mostly GCP fyi.
We use almost all 3, but AWS is the primary one
Thnx. Updated. Just curious, does Salesforce run same workload on different cloud platforms? Or use one cloud platform for some specific workload? For example, use GCP for big data and ML workloads, etc
Not sure. Every cloud/unit uses own, but Iโve seen AWS primarily for all
Perhaps you should add a poll.
