Massive re-org due to: Trying to save face ($) because we got caught bribing an govt airline. New mgmt sent SWE a survey on how mgmt was doing back in Spring 2018. It was ambiguous as to old or new mgmt. Survey went to 100% SWE. New "slimmed down" survey conducted with 25% of "randomy selected" members in SWE this month. And now mgmt is showing how employee confidence has INCREASED in various areas. I (among others) voiced concern to HR and HR (and probably new mgmt) cant think how this is not right. đ How is this even fucking possible? Do they think that little of engineering?
Rumors of moving to Texas. Only a rumor at this point but would not be out of the question i bet.

Seattle mayor didnât like study that showed min wage increase to $15 wasnât a good idea, so they hired a prof in CA who did a study to prove that it made sense. And so the minimum wage is going up in Seattle. Many studies, polls, arenât about measuring something objective but are chosen to fit the decision/outcome that had already been made.
