I have offers from Swiggy and Zeta for sde 2 frontend.
Any idea on which one should I go for( kindly also tell me the reasons) ?

Swiggy - 35 fixed , 3l joining bonus + 3l retention bonus based on performance after an year + 14l eapos
Zeta - 32 fixed, 3l joining bonus + 3l after an year + 14l esops
I am looking for good wlb and culture with an opportunity to learn and grow.
Have heard some not great things about swiggy regarding culture and wlb? Can anyone clarify this. Also, the team in Swiggy is RnG, any idea on the team?
