I want to make the switch into a more technical/analyst role but companies arent offering me an amount that makes me want to leave my current setup. am i being reasonable? i dont hate my current job and im also sort of unwilling to leave if opportunity isnt right. edit: i have about 2+ in data management, analytics, automation and process improvement. my current role doesnt give me this at all as my last role did. i left my last role as it was only a college job and i thought my current FT was the same but it isnt.
What is your job now? What type od role? and of course your TC?
Are you one of the people that were in pwc new data analytics program? Where did you switch to? Can I message you to learn more?
Was that program at PwC run by Vikas Agrwal? And a bunch x EY guys
YoE? Location? Unless you are in the middle of cornfields and have 1 YoE or less you are grossly underpaid
Lower COL 1+ yoe in my current job
Ok, not so bad, considering you are an auditor. Why do you think you are qualified for a technical role ?
When you change career you start from the bottom. Why would companies offer more for no experience?
I have some experience in what I want to do so but I’m currently not in that role anymore
