Switching teams within a year
i am a BA L5 at Amazon, i have been on the team for 4 months. i am literally slacking off and the data i work on is shit. is it advisable to switch teams or wait for atleast 1 review cycle?

If you are slacking, you may have a bad review waiting for you. Better switch before that happens.
