Healthcare is never fully public. It is handled by private companies. If you do not earn enough to pay for it, the government will help you out. This is the same for everyone. The price of the Healthcare is also way more affordable (280-400 chf per month) than in other countries (e.g. USA).
Switzerland is insanely expensive. Hold out for UK or Germany. Have you tried Amsterdam? Miro is booming there.

Im still in early stage of interviewing amsterdam based companies like Booking
120k is standard IT salary, big tech in CH pays 200k easily.
So i guess 120 is oke to live but you won’t save much.
