Systems Analyst vs Product Manager

While deciding on which way to move up the ladder in my career l, I’m confused between these two roles - product manger which is non technical role and systems analyst which is mostly technical (it’s not what a business analyst does). Which one has a better market value and salary and other pros and cons?
