Got an offer at T-Mobile Base: 130k Annual Bonus : 15% Stocks: 10k/3years Location: Seattle, WA Work Mode: Hybrid YoE: 3 Is it good package on the whole or should I have negotiated. Didn't get chance to negotiate 🤦🏻#engineering
Just 3 years with sfdc experience, this offer is good. Take it.
We are offering much better pay, DM if you are interested
For Salesforce developer apex, lwc etc
Keep in mind that at T-Mobile, "software engineer" is always in quotes. Most engineers, especially those that work on a vendor's platform, don't do any development, only attend meetings, and set OKRs for things they aren't responsible for. Doesn't mean it's bad, it's just not development.
Bonus and stocks are typically non-negotiable at TMO. Base seems about middle of the band… maybe a little low for Seattle
How much would've been ideal ask ?
I think top of band is 150k in Seattle so not a ton more…
I’d say do this for a couple of years and then just become an independent SF Developer and work with a partner as a contractor and do contract to contract charging $200+/hr
If you’re into platform specific development like ServiceNow and Salesforce and the current offer is higher than what your current job pays, then yeah it’s decent.
