I got a call from the recruiter @T-Mobile to scheduled a call with the HM. I’m surprised he didn’t screen me at all just asked for my availabilities. What should I expect the interview with the HM? I’m currently focus on behavioral questions. Is there something else I should be looking to prep? #tmobile #sales

I thought they would move people around after the merge. I’m surprised they hire external for this role than consider internal candidates first.

One thing that surprised me when I had my first interview call with TMO is they asked for compensation expectations. So be prepared for that as well. Another type of question is asking you rate yourself on the required skills... No LP questions 😉
