T-Mobile Interview and Hiring process
I cleared all the technical rounds and HR informed the Hiring manager is interested to move forward . She said legal department will be in touch me so as they mentioned Fragomen reached out and sent some questionnaire to give Pre Hire assessment report to T-Mobile. I filled and submitted the same last week. Is this how the process goes for H1 , if so What will be the next steps ? I am still yet to discuss the final salary and benefits etc . And yet to get the official offer letter etc .. not sure if the recent wage level increases will result in any back out of offer. If everything goes well, Please suggest how to negotiate and what would be a right base to ask for and other components we can ask ? Coming from a witch and definitely current TC is low (102 K Sacramento , CA ) . Also how much relocation amount they would provide ? YoE : 7 Role : Sr Developer Location : Bellevue , WA

Thanks for info. Were you on H1 then ? Fragomen reached out for some prehire assessment, is this a normal process (wondering if something changed due to new wage levels), what would be the next steps inline. Yet to discuss on the final offer details.

I received 10k for relocation as well coming from California and also negotiated a 10% increase in base salary. They initially offered me 5k in relocation, but after reaching the max they would offer in base salary they increased the relocation to 10k as a sweetener.
What’s max base for SSE role
I am in the same boat. It’s holiday time but they asked for pre hire assessment and HR would send me the official letter only after that assessment is done. I am confused as the portal says “offer “ and I haven’t got any letter yet. How much time it will take usually for the assessment to get over. And I am on h1b with i140 approval. Hope T-Mobile does the GC sooner and files for the i140 before it’s too late for another H1 extension ?
