T-Mobile WFH & layoff status?

My wife will be starting a job out of school at T-Mobile in August. We were wondering what has been communicated to T-Mobile employees with regard to WFH? When are you going back to the office? Do you guys feel safe from layoffs or is it looming in the horizons? Are they letting new employees come in or rescinding offers? #tmobile

If you have nothing to contribute don’t puke BS.

It depends on team to team. In TMobile it is all about how much power your Manager has and how much his/her leadership listen to them.

Network Technology is safe because of work in network integration between TMo/Sprint for at least 2 years. Anywhere else I expect redundancy. That being said, you don’t hire someone to fire them. So there is probably a need

I wouldn’t worry too much. Your wife is about to join arguably one of the most powerful companies in the world following the Sprint merger. Things are only going to get better from here, I am sure WFH arrangements will be fine and there will be no layoffs.
